在線光亮退火流程/Online bright annealing process：
當管材進入設備后，利用卡件進行進口封閉，然后向設備內充進惰性氣體將空氣排空，管材在經過加熱爐時，通過中頻電流流過的線圈，從而對管材進行退火處理，加熱爐與冷卻筒之間用石英管連接，防止進入空氣，管材在冷卻筒中與惰性氣體反應，恢復管材本身亮度，在冷卻筒出口處通過密封卡件穿出，即完成整個加工過程。
